Answers before you begin.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and join in the browser. You can request basic details or optional email verification.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Create an event without a card and test the real watermarked flow with up to 20 photos.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per event. Gallery access lasts 1, 3 or 12 months depending on the plan.
Who can see the gallery?
You decide. Keep it open, limit it to your guest list, or let each guest see only their own uploads.
Does every upload publish immediately?
Only if you want it to. You can review every photo and video before it appears.
Is face search mandatory?
No. QR and gallery features work without AI. AI requires a supported plan and explicit guest consent; selfies are not stored.
Can several people manage the event?
Yes. Add multiple owners and give moderators or guest managers only the access they need.
Can guests upload video?
Video uploads are available on Pro and Premium, within each plan’s file, count and duration limits.
