1. Information we collect
Account holders may provide name, email, language preference and secure session data. Events may contain title, date, team and guest details. Guests may provide access details and uploaded media.
- Facebul does not store payment-card data; payment is completed on PayTR.
- Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Only hashes of guest session tokens are retained.
2. Why we use it
We use data to provide the service, verify access, apply gallery and team settings, finalise payment status, protect security and send required communication in the selected language.
3. Service providers
Hosting, object storage, email, payment, anti-abuse verification and—with consent—face-search providers may process limited data needed for their role.
4. Retention and deletion
Event media and related data remain for the plan term and disclosed erasure schedule. Legally required payment and invoice records may be retained separately. Expired or requested deletions use repeatable erasure processes.
5. Choices and rights
You can change account language, withdraw biometric consent and submit applicable access, correction, deletion or restriction requests to support.
